To clean stone tile floors remove any oil based stains by dabbing them with a cotton ball soaked in acetone and then rinsing the area with water. Do use a sealant on your stone surfaces when installed and refresh as specified by the manufacturer. Then rinse the area with water. Dirt and dust is abrasive.

Sweep stone floor tiles frequently to protect against dirt and mop up spills as they occur. Don t use abrasive materials like steel wool microfiber scrub pads scrapers or abrasive cleansers on these materials as they will scratch the surface. Marble that has become dull and damaged will need professional services to restore its elegant luster and keep it looking its best. For water based stains rub the floors with hydrogen peroxide and ammonia using a soft cloth or sponge.

Thoroughly rinse floors with clean water to insure a film is not left on the stone s surface and dry with a soft cloth. A regular wash with a squeeze of cleaner will prolong the life of the sealant and add lustre. We can clean hone polish and protect your marble and restore it to like new. A special cleaner for stone floors is best.

If left on the floor foot traffic will cause the surface of the stone or tile to be worn marring the finish. Once a year check the stone for porosity using a few drops of water and apply protective solution when required. Wet mop the solution onto your stone flooring for routine cleaning.
